By accessing or using HullForge's website, platform, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
HullForge provides an enterprise security intelligence and asset discovery platform that uses AI-driven security workers to continuously monitor, inventory, and analyze your organization's digital attack surface. Our AI agents perform automated tier 1 analysis — including triage, classification, and initial investigation of security findings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the platform ("Customer Data"). HullForge does not claim ownership of your Customer Data. We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our platform uses AI agents to perform automated tier 1 security analysis, including severity classification, context enrichment, and triage recommendations. AI-generated findings and classifications are provided as decision-support tools and should be reviewed by qualified security personnel. HullForge does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Service fees are set forth in your subscription agreement or order form. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, AI models, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of HullForge. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as authorized.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HullForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HullForge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the Services upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and we will make your Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
